Sean at ienjoy was referred to us by one of our existing clients. He had a new business plan for adding a fundraising business onto his existing ienjoy line of product websites.
Our task was to collaborate to create a visual slide show to gain interest in the program, create a fundraising calculator to help prospects visualize their fundraising potential, and make it easy to contact ienjoy to get started.
We also were asked to create a loose template so that fundraising groups could have their own custom fundraiser pages with integrated PayPal shopping cart buttons in order to facilitate online fundraiser sales.
After selecting a theme for our slideshow, we used html over images to create a dynamic slideshow that was both informative and indexable by the search engines. Once the front page slider was complete, we moved on to creating a dynamic calculator to help visitors visualize their groups selling potential and what those numbers meant in terms of actual funds raised.
Taking the notes from our initial meetings with Sean, we were able to combine our slideshow designs and calculator code with simple design elements that are both easy on the eye as well as performance optimized for better page load times. We put the phone number nice and large on every page of the site and made sure the Getting Started Form collects all the data needed to get a new fundraising group started on their next fundraising adventure.
Additionally, we created a loose html template that could be re-used with various fundraisers who wanted to also have online sales capabilities.
